Only when we know what makes us unique, what value we provide, are we able to pursue goals in alignment with our true self. When our goals are in alignment with our true self, we prevent investing time and energy in pursuits which end up disappointing us because we don't achieve the happiness and fulfilment we thought we would.
Having a strong sense of self worth makes us resilient to others' opinions of us because we know what value we have to offer. We're also able to stay true to ourselves when we have a strong sense of self worth and make decisions which serve us in the short and long term.

The coaching sessions are 1 hour each, 1-to-1 and online, and you will need to invest about 2 hours in between sessions to apply the learnings. Of course, the more you invest, the more you get out of the sessions so feel free to take as much time as you'd like and benefits you.
Our sessions are a blend of coaching and recommended tools hand-selected for your unique circumstances. We will explore what best serves you and which tools best fit in your life.
We recommend about a week in between each session to get the most out of the programme but can schedule our sessions flexibly to best fit your schedule.
